MIDAS PRO1 and PRO2/2C Series PLASA VIP Training Session

MIDAS would like to offer visitors the opportunity to take part in an exclusive free training course on their stand in a private air conditioned VIP room. The course will cover the operational aspects of the PRO1 and PRO2/C Live Audio Systems coupled with practical hands on sessions.

The courses will run every day between 12:00-13:00 and 16:00-17:00 on the MIDAS and KLARK TEKNIK stand 1-F19. Places are limited to 8 to 10 people per slot, so please pre - register using the form on the MIDAS website; http://www.citizen-sandbox.co.uk/midas/plasavip/

Midas 1-F19

Midas' new compact digital PRO1 Live Audio System will be making its European debut at this year's PLASA along with the highly successful PRO2 and PRO2C systems. The recently launched VeniceU series of 'Digi-log' consoles with its 8x8 USB interface will be shown alongside the FireWire equipped VeniceF. Also on display will be the XL48 which packs eight Midas XL4 microphone pre-amps into a 1U box, with eight Midas XL8 A-D converters and a super-low-jitter 1ppm clock. Plus there will be the PRO6 and of course the flag ship XL8 with Generation-II software running on all digital desks with iPad control.

 

Nexo SA 1-G20

Nexo is showing both brand-new and classic products from its concert sound range, including the STM Series of modular line array elements. Modular line array system for sound reinforcement applications, handling audiences from 1,000 to 100,000. The STM Series will be presented at the NEXO seminar:  11am, Monday 10 September.

 

 

Doughty Engineering Ltd 1-E7

New for PLASA is Doughty's Baby Quick Trigger clamp, designed for smaller truss sizes. Adjustable to diameters of 25mm - 38mm and with TUV approval pending, the Baby Quick Trigger clamp comes in polished aluminium or satin black.

As the new UK distributor for Reutlinger Cable Holders, Doughty offers these in two sizes to suspend loads of up to 130kg and 330kg on wire rope. Reutlinger cable holders have been specifically designed for applications which demand compliance with BGV C1 accident prevention rules.

Klark Teknik's digital network bridges, the DN9650 Network Bridge and DN9652 Dual Network Bridge will be showing at PLASA, alongside the legendary DN360 Graphic EQ. The DN9650 allows AES50 devices to connect to a variety of multichannel digital audio networks, while the DN9652 has been designed to allow two dissimilar digital audio networks to interface simply and reliably. The award winning DN540 Creative Quad Compressor will also be on show along with the DN530 Creative Quad Gate.
